Our work process is designed to deliver efficient and high-quality results from start to finish. We begin with understanding your requirements, followed by planning, designing, and refining, ensuring every step aligns with your goals and exceeds expectations.
Work Process
Our process is simple and straightforward — as easy as 1-2-3. Once we receive your project details, we will be ready to start designing on your project. We will only require your brand colours and project details.
If you have custom fonts you’d like us to incorporate into your branding, please share them with us. This ensures our designers maintain consistency and accurately represent your brand identity.
Step 1: Client Submits Project Brief
To start the project on the right track, the client provides a complete project brief to the Graphite Work team. The brief should include:
- Design references (images that reflect the client’s expectations)
- Text content in a document file format for use in print design services
Step 2: Agent Receives the Request
Once the client’s requirements and reference materials are received, our designers carefully review the details and begin brainstorming creative solutions tailored to the project.
Step 3: Work in Progress → Delivery
- Drafting and layout typically take 3–4 working days.
- Final designs require a similar timeframe.
- E-books and magazines may take a few additional days to complete.
Step 4: Happy Client, Successful Delivery
With the final designs complete, clients are ready to showcase their brand to customers and proceed confidently with printing.
All designs will be prepared for printing. Deliverables include:
- Source files (InDesign – DTP Files, Illustrator – Vector Files, Photoshop – Image Files)
- Print-ready and e-book PDFs
- 300 DPI | CMYK color mode
- Print-ready files (JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS)
- QR code integration (on request)
